The Web Form

Instructions to use the Web Form ENKETO

This is iPhone users only choice! Android users, we recommend using this method if you will be sharing the monitoring with other people.

To use ENKETO, you do not need a Google account or a Login. You simply click on a url link and fill in the form that will appear on a webpage! You can fill in the form without an internet connection. You will need an internet connection only to submit the form at the end.

STEP 1

Copy the link that will available in the protocol you want to download. Beware that there is a different link for every protocol.

STEP 2

Make sure that you have an internet connection. Then, paste the link of the protocol you want to use to your phone browser.

STEP 3

The form has been downloaded in cache for offline use. You can go to the field and fill in the form! To change the form language, click on the drop-down menu in the top.

STEP 4

Once you have completed the form, click on Submit. If offline, the form will not be sent but chached in the browser.

STEP 5

You will receive a notification indicating that your form has been queued. Do not close the browser app otherwise you risk losing your observations! You can put it in the background of your smartphone.

STEP 6

If now the form is blank, you can start filling it again for the next block. If not, refresh the web page. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each block of your micro-garden.

STEP 7

Once you are reconnected to the internet, the forms should be automatically submitted and you will receive a notification informing you that submission was successfull.

STEP 8

If your form has not been automatically submitted, click on the bracket on the middle left of your screen

STEP 9

By clicking on Upload, you can manually upload any form that has not been automatically submitted.

STEP 10

You will get a notification of submission for every form successfully submitted.
