The TAMERS survey
Attitudes towards adaptive forest management strategies across Europe (TAMERS)
What is TAMERS?
TAMERS aims to understand the perception and acceptance of current and future adaptive forest management actions and the management of forest genetic resources across Europe. Its findings will be communicated to policy makers across Europe through various channels such as the European Forest Institute. Thereby TAMERS aims to bridge the communication gap between the people who have direct contact with forests or hold relevant knowledge about forests and decision makers.
Is this survey for me?
This survey is addressed to foresters (owners and/or managers), forest administration officers, protected area managers, and researchers across Europe. It is a multi-lingual Europe-wide survey, so please bear with us even if you feel that some questions are irrelevant for your country! Also please note that slightly different questions will be asked if you are a researcher. The estimated time to complete the survey is 20 minutes.
